Job summary

Sii sp. z o.o. is seeking a Junior Events Specialist to assist with planning and delivering local events in Poland. The role offers development opportunities, hands-on budgeting, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Part-time 25% FTE with the possibility to work from the Sii Bydgoszcz office 2–3 days per week. Fluency in Polish and good English are required, and Canva skills are essential for content creation.

Qualifications

• Student status preferred in management, marketing, or communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create content for various channels and Canva proficiency.
• Polish fluent; English communicative.

Responsibilities

• Support in organizing and planning local events.
• Developing event budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
• Planning and preparing local internal communication.
• Assisting in organizing local employee competitions.
• Creating presentations for company events, e.g., team-building activities
• Assisting in coordinating local volunteer programs and CSR activities
