Job summary

AVSystem in Kraków is seeking a talented Presales Engineer to join our Communications Service Providers team. You’ll work with telecom customers to understand their needs and craft compelling connectivity and software solutions.

You’ll demonstrate capabilities, respond to RFPs/RFIs, collaborate with product and engineering, and travel for discovery and PoC phases, while ensuring high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understanding complex network environments of telecom operators.
• Knowledge of network management protocols and internet protocols used by CSPs.
• Fluency in Polish and English; Spanish welcome.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with clients to understand needs, pain points, and identify business opportunities
• Preparing workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concept solutions to support the sales process
• Supporting the sales team in developing the sales process
• Working closely with the product and engineering teams
• Responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs)
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects

In this role, you'll play a key part in developing cutting-edge connectivity and communication solutions for a diverse range of clients.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and identify business opportunities
• Preparing workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concept solutions to support the sales process
• Supporting the sales team in developing the sales process

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands complex network environment of telecommunication operators
• Understands network management protocols, internet protocols, and modern technologies used by CSP customers (communication service providers)
• Is fluent in Polish and English (Spanish very welcome)
• Is ready to travel and work with customers in the field during discovery / PoC phases
• Has experience in a similar role or proven experience in complex B2B software selling
