Job summary

EMW, Inc. is seeking a Staff Assistant (Security) for on-site duty in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The role focuses on implementing security policy, managing COMSEC and crypto activities, and ensuring strict adherence to NATO standards. Collaboration with units and contractors is expected.

Candidates should have a NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance, suitable IT/security training, and at least five years of related experience. Excellent English communication is required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance is required.
• High school diploma plus vocational training in information security or ICT with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of NATO COMSEC, crypto, and security directives.
• Experience with CRYPTO accounting, distribution, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement ACO security policy and supervise security activities at 3NSB.
• Advise on security aspects of communication plans and crypto matters.
• Maintain crypto accounts, custody, and destruction per NATO standards.
• Inspect security measures: physical, information, personnel, COMSEC.
• Organize crypto key material loading and fielding device use.
