Job summary

Quento, the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, seeks a highly motivated ICT Engagements Coordinator hybrid in Poland. You will manage ICT projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-domain teams, and align technical and business requirements with governance and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years coordinating ICT projects or infrastructure activities.
• At least 1 certificate among PM², PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple ICT infrastructure projects across domains and stakeholders.
• Experience managing dependencies across ICT domains (networks, cloud/data centres, IAM, cybersecurity, operations).
• Strong knowledge of ICT project lifecycle, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies (PM² or equivalent).
• Experience with supplier engagement, procurement activities, and contract implementation.
• Good knowledge of planning, tracking, change management, and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of ICT service management and service transition.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, MS Planner.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT projects, initiatives, and engagements across full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts (scope, plans, schedules, dashboards).
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, changes, dependencies, and governance.
• Coordinate collaboration across ICT domains including networks, cloud, data centres, cybersecurity, IAM, and service operations.
• Facilitate scoping, readiness, testing, and service transition activities.
• Organise meetings, workshops, and status reviews; maintain action logs and decisions.
• Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, consultants, and partners.
• Support procurement and supplier management, including statements of work and contracts.
• Maintain governance and reporting processes and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GDPR when handling data.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
