Job summary

CMC Markets in Warsaw seeks an experienced Financial Control Team Lead to direct the offshore financial control function in Poland. You will own end-to-end month-end closing, statutory audits, and vendor relationships, while embedding robust internal controls across offshore accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 6+ years in Financial Control or Shared Services.
• Big 4 / Top-tier audit experience desirable.
• University degree in Accounting/Finance; 2:1 or above.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end month-end closing and financial reporting for entities.
• Manage audits and ensure audit-readiness with supporting documentation.
• Lead process improvement and control uplift across offshore team.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance reviews for the team.
