Job summary

Billennium in Poland is seeking a Senior CRM Personalization Consultant with hands-on SAS CI Studio and Pega CDH experience to design and implement advanced customer personalization and campaigns.

You will translate business needs into CRM processes, configure in SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH, work with SQL and databases, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize personalization strategies.

Qualifications

• Advanced, hands-on experience with SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH.
• Proven experience with campaign configuration in SAS CI Studio.
• Practical experience designing and implementing customer communication and personalization processes.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of SAS 4GL.
• Experience in banking sector is advantageous.
• Ability to prepare technical and functional requirements/specifications for CRM changes.
• Understanding of real-time personalization and customer decisioning is advantageous.
• English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
• Fluency in Polish.
• Minimum secondary education; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced customer personalization processes to increase engagement.
• Design customer communication processes based on data and needs.
• Configure and implement campaigns in SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH.
• Prepare requirements and specifications for CRM enhancements.
• Analyze proposed solutions for business suitability.
• Work with real-time personalization and decisioning processes.
• Perform configuration, testing and validation of changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM solutions.
• Analyze customer data to create personalized communication scenarios.
• Support continuous improvement of campaigns and personalization processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
