Job summary

Katowice IT is seeking a Data Analyst focused on CRM, Loyalty, and Automation. You will bridge complex data with business units, automate data processes, and implement AI tools within Databricks and Looker to empower faster data-driven decisions.

You will work in a hybrid model and collaborate with CRM Managers to plan campaigns, KPIs, and lifecycle analyses, including A/B testing and CLV optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree in analytics-focused field such as Informatics, Data Science, or related.
• Several years of experience in data analytics, preferably CRM/loyalty.
• Strong SQL and Python (or R) skills with analytical datasets.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Loyalty Insights: analyze CRM data and support campaigns.
• Develop KPIs and standard/ad-hoc reports with data platform.
• Automate data pipelines and self-service analyses.
• Explore AI tools and mentor business users.
• Support experiments and optimization to improve CLV.
