Billennium is a global technology company with over 20 years of experience. We are seeking a Senior CRM Personalization Consultant with hands-on SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH expertise to design and implement advanced personalization and campaign processes within the CRM environment.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into effective CRM solutions, configuring campaigns, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced, hands-on experience with SAS CI Studio or Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Campaign configuration experience in SAS CI Studio.
• Experience designing and implementing customer personalization processes.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of SAS 4GL.
• Experience with customer campaigns; banking sector experience is a plus.
• Ability to prepare technical and functional requirements/specifications for CRM changes.
• Understanding of real-time personalization and customer decisioning is a plus.
• English at B2 level or higher; Polish fluency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced customer personalization processes to boost engagement.
• Configure campaigns and personalization in SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH.
• Prepare requirements and specifications for CRM enhancements.
• Analyze data to create personalized communication scenarios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of campaign processes.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
