Randstad in Warsaw is seeking a highly experienced SAP Consultant to join our technical operations. You will bridge core customer service and sales activities, focusing on SAP CRM and C4C developments and integrations across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience handling complex SAP CRM and C4C developments and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM technical ABAP and related UI/tools.
• Experience with CRM middleware and ECC integration.
• Proven ability to design and maintain complex configurations and reporting.

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Consultant to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be at the heart of our technical operations, bridging core customer service and sales activities. Our SAP CRM handles critical service interactions and customer onboarding (ODD/KYC/AML) for POS and ECOM, while SAP C4C drives our sales cycle across multiple business units. You will also work extensively with SAP CCIS, the Master Data CRM system powering over 80% of our onboardings in the DACH region.

What will your tasks involve?

• Design and execute SAP CRM and C4C developments tailored to custom requirements and complex validations.
• Support core customer service processes, including logging interactions (phone, email, chat, webform) and onboarding workflows.
• Configure and maintain SAP C4C for comprehensive account, lead, opportunity, and contract management.
• Prepare technical specifications (TS) and manage robust data reporting integrations across the organization.

What we expect from you?

• Minimum 8 years of experience handling complex SAP CRM and C4C developments and architecture.
• Mandatory Core Tech: Deep expertise in SAP CRM Technical ABAP, Web UI, AET, BOL Programming, and BADI implementations.
• System Knowledge: Proven experience with SAP CRM Middleware, Customer Interaction Center (IC Web Client tech), and SAP ECC integration.
• Configuration Mastery: Strong skills in UI Configuration, Design Layer, Factsheets, Action Profiles, One Order Framework, Transaction Launcher, and CRM Base Customizing.
• Bonus Points: Knowledge of SAP CRM Functional Sales and diverse reporting methods (Classical, Simple Lists, Interactive).
