Job summary

Limango GmbH is seeking a logistics professional for its Wroclaw office with hybrid or remote options. You will manage daily controls, reporting, and analysis of the external warehouse and overall supply chain, ensuring smooth inbound/outbound flows.

Responsibilities include addressing transport issues, processing inbound/returns cases, and collaborating with internal teams on logistics matters. You will oversee invoicing and cost control, while negotiating transport prices and organizing

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and numerical proficiency.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or commercial training in logistics/related field.

Responsibilities

• Daily control, reporting, and analysis of external warehouse and supply chain.
• Clarify difficulties in transportation, inbound and outbound processes.
• Process problematic cases for inbound and returns; coordinate with internal departments on logistics issues.
• Invoicing, budgeting, and cost control for packaging, forwarding, and carrier costs.

YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

• being involved in the daily control, reporting, analysis of our external warehouse and the whole supply chain
• clarifying difficulties and problems in the areas of transportation, inbound and outbound are also part of your daily tasks
• processing problematic cases from the sections of inbound and returns
• being responsible for cooperation with the internal departments on logistics issues
• invoicing and controlling the packaging, forwarding, and carrier costs/credit notes are also one of your tasks
• organizing transports and negotiating their prices complete your field of responsibility.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• successfully completed commercial training or a degree (BA) and, ideally, initial work experience in logistics/supply chain management or warehousing (will be a plus)
• very good Excel skills
• good knowledge of numbers – mental arithmetic is no problem for you
• traveling to Munich or internally in Poland one time per year is no problem for you
• very good English (B2) (written and spoken)
• you have the opportunity to work from our office in Wroclaw, after the training period with the possibility of working in a hybrid mode
• readiness to give your input and ideas to your colleagues – sharing it with other departments, and openness for more than logistics.
