Job summary

Pet Media Group (PMG) is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own customer journeys across buyers and breeders, implementing strategy, data, automation and testing. You’ll collaborate with Head of CLM to build scalable workflows, informed by AI research and segmentation, across multiple markets.

You’ll design automated journeys, measure outcomes, and drive improvements while ensuring campaigns meet quality and regulatory standards. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing with campaigns you personally built that moved a metric you can name.
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io or comparable platform such as Braze, Iterable or Klaviyo with segmentation logic, events, attributes and journeys.
• A habit of measuring with proper tests and critical interpretation of results.
• Daily, active use of AI tools for research, copy, localisation and workflow automation.
• Fluent English written to a customer-ready standard.
• Able to own CRM as a solo contributor when needed: briefing agencies and freelancers, with clear reasons for priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle across email, push, in-app and SMS.
• Design journeys for buyers and breeders that respond to behavior and data.
• Turn data into actionable experiences and new workflows.
• Automate repetitive CRM processes to free up high-value work.
• Test AI-driven personalization and content, measure results and productionize what works.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering and marketing on the customer experience.
