Job summary

Colgate in Warsaw is seeking a Data Measurement, CCX & PCX Manager to lead CRM initiatives, turning data into actionable insights and designing personalized consumer experiences. The role sits in a multinational CEE hub, offering collaboration across marketing teams and external partners.

You will own the CRM roadmap for Poland, drive email campaigns, and ensure data integrity while staying ahead of CRM innovations in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in CRM or Marketing (agency or client side).
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar) and proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics, DV360, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Fluent English is a must; knowledge of Polish is a strong asset as you’ll be driving the CRM strategy and creating localized content for the Polish market.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality, accurate databases for consumer and professional segments.
• Design and execute personalized, high-performing email campaigns.
• Define the CRM roadmap for Poland and scale initiatives across the CEE region.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
