Job summary

British American Tobacco Poland is seeking an IDT Marketing Business Analyst CRM in Warsaw. You will lead and manage the implementation, integration, and maintenance of CRM, Surveys, and IAM solutions across the CE Marketing Technology ecosystem.

Fluent English is required; Polish is a plus. You will coordinate global, regional, and local vendors, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with policies while partnering with the local IDT Digital Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical skills to translate business needs into technology terms.
• Understanding of consumer-facing platforms and CRM ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and IAM concepts.
• Experience with vendor management and coordinating global/local teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration of CRM, Surveys, and IAM solutions.
• Coordinate global, regional, and local vendors and manage contracted services.
• Ensure compliance with Digital Marketing Technology policies and standards.
• Collaborate with IDT Digital Marketing teams on functional and business forums.
