Job summary

British American Tobacco Poland is seeking a Consumer Insights Junior Manager in Warsaw to support the Heated Products category by voicing the consumer across CE markets and shaping marketing and corporate strategies. You will lead quantitative and qualitative research, manage external agencies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to influence CE Marketing and Management decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, or related field with 3+ years’ experience.
• Experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, or Market Intelligence within a multinational FMCG company or leading research agency.
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver consumer insights for Heated Products and CE markets to shape Marketing strategy.
• Aggregate data sources and turn findings into clear storylines and recommendations.
• Drive consumer-centric culture within the CE organisation and outline key trends.
• Discuss insights with CE Marketing & Management and translate into actions.
• Manage research projects with external agency partners across CE markets.
• Prepare deep-dive consumer presentations for CE markets and business reviews.
