PaleoHacks is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build a creator program from the ground up. You will work remotely, starting with Facebook/Instagram and expanding to TikTok, Shop, and affiliate channels. This hands-on role requires strategic thinking, execution, and autonomy to drive results with a US-friendly remote team.

You will structure deals, secure usage rights, manage content across paid social, and set KPIs. Our team values data-driven decisions and scalable processes for rapid growth.

Competenze

• Experience building a creator or influencer program from scratch.
• Experience structuring and negotiating influencer/ambassador agreements (rates, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables).
• Proven processes and templates to scale quickly, not learning on the job.

• Build, run and scale influencer/creator/ambassador programs from scratch.
• Structure and negotiate partner deals including rates, commissions, usage rights and deliverables.
• Secure usage rights for ads on brand pages and whitelisted creator handles.
• Manage creator content across paid social with growth team.
• Set KPIs and track performance to scale successful content.
• Choose and run influencer platforms and tools.
