Job summary

Manta Sleep is seeking a Creator & Affiliate Manager to own and scale our creator network end-to-end. You will seed products to creators, identify our top performers, and channel their content into paid ads while managing our TikTok Shop and traditional affiliate program.

You will build strong relationships with creators, optimize campaigns for GMV and ROI, and collaborate with the creative/ads team to ensure content aligns with campaigns and growth targets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
• Commercially minded with a focus on revenue, GMV and ROI.
• Strong relationship-building skills with creators.
• Self-starter who can build systems and processes on the fly.
• Experience with creator content and paid ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Manta Sleep's creator affiliate network, primarily on TikTok Shop, with presence on Instagram and YouTube Shopping.
• Seed products to creators and identify the 5–10 goldmine partners driving most revenue.
• Manage relationships with top creators and VIPs; take over from other teams as needed.
• Drive GMV and ROI through affiliate content and campaigns in collaboration with the TikTok/social lead.
• Maintain and optimize the traditional affiliate program; communicate promos and updates to partners.
• Coordinate with creative/ads teams to brief creators on content needs for campaigns.
• Track seeding spend and EMV, report on performance and growth.
