Job summary

Fabula, a fast-growing D2C coffee brand in the United States, is seeking a remote TikTok Growth Lead to own the entire TikTok Shop growth engine. You will recruit creators, scale affiliate programs, source content, and optimize performance to drive measurable GMV.

You will work directly with the founders to build a scalable creator ecosystem, manage multiple partnerships, and ensure content aligns with FDA/FTC requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing TikTok creators or influencer programs.
• Experience with D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies.
• Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach (50+ conversations/month).
• Strong written English for outreach and briefs.
• AI fluency used to improve outreach and content ideation.
• Knowledge of FTC/FDA compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our TikTok Shop affiliate program, including creator sourcing and onboarding.
• Manage high-volume creator outreach, gifting campaigns, negotiations, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a UGC pipeline for paid ads (Spark Ads, whitelisted content).
• Develop and execute organic TikTok content strategy, trends, cadence, and collaborations.
• Create FDA-compliant creator briefs and ensure content aligns with guidelines.
• Manage affiliate platforms (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, Modash, Insense).
• Analyze performance using GMV, attributed orders, CAC, ROI, and conversions.
• Continuously test new outreach strategies and partnership models.
