Job summary

Viktor is seeking a Creative Operations lead to orchestrate the production and delivery of 100+ creatives weekly. You will own prioritization, deadlines, and vendor coordination while building scalable systems with AI automation.

You’ll work across internal designers, editors, and external partners to ensure timely, launch-ready assets and a reliable feedback loop with Growth. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will shape processes, own delivery quality, and drive continuous improvement as

Qualifications

• Experience running creative operations for high-output teams (in-house or agency).
• Able to quantify assets delivered, contributors coordinated, and improvements introduced.

Responsibilities

• Set project priorities, owners, deadlines and allocate capacity.
• Keep vendors and creators delivering on time and up to spec.
• Run reviews and QA to ensure files are launch-ready.
• Deliver approved creatives to Growth and feed performance back to production.
• Reduce repetitive coordination with AI and automation.
