Viktor is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to own production-ready brand visuals across ads, social, and campaigns. You will move fast, ship daily, and extend the brand system with art direction and illustration. You will collaborate with product visuals and events to keep every touchpoint on-brand.

You should bring 5+ years of design experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and a strong portfolio showing performance-focused creative work and motion capabilities.

Competenze

• 5+ years in visual design across agencies, studios, or in-house teams with strong ad creative.
• Strong craft in composition, typography, image-making, and brand systems.
• Comfort with high-velocity production and shipping daily assets.
• Able to work inside an established brand system and extend it when needed.

Mansioni

• Create high-volume ad creative, static assets, and learn from rapid iteration.
• Extend the visual system with storyboards, art direction, and illustration.
• Develop campaigns for social, blogs, decks, and events within brand rules.
• Produce decks and templates for sales, success, and leadership use.
