Job summary

nove8 is seeking a Creative Marketing Lead to own the creative direction for Woofz, driving growth and building scalable systems. You will manage a high-performing team of Creative Marketing Managers and own the end-to-end creative roadmap across paid channels.

You will lead experiments, source winning angles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit growth targets. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with a focus on results and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Creative Marketing management or related roles in subscription B2C apps.
• Experience with multiple ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Strong digital marketing, paid social, and creative trend knowledge.
• Data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Experience with web funnels integrating creative, landing pages, and offers.
• Leadership and people development.
• Experience with AI creative tools.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy across paid acquisition, drive roadmap end-to-end.
• Build scalable creative production processes from brief to launch.
• Design and prioritize a high-volume hypothesis backlog; run structured experiments and translate results.
• Conduct competitor and trend research; adapt organic content for paid formats.
• Launch new funnels and product angles; define the creative playbook for new verticals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve objectives.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Creative Marketing Managers.
