Job summary

Genpact in Kraków is seeking a Creative Designer with German to craft engaging learning materials across digital, multimedia, and print formats. Ideal candidates have a German level at least B2 and English at least B2, with a Bachelor's in Design or related field and 1–3 years of design experience in UI/UX or related areas.

• Provide design support for marketing, campaigns, and promotional initiatives, enhancing audience engagement.

Summary of the role:

This position is part of the Learning & Development area and combines graphic and visual design skills with the creation of engaging learning experiences. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing a variety of visual materials—digital, multimedia, and print—for use in training initiatives, development programs, and learning-related communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design concepts and visual assets that align with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects effectively.
• Design and produce compelling graphics for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of German (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
• Education: Bachelor's in Communication, Bachelor's in Design, Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Bachelor's in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Bachelor's in Visual Communication
• Professional Experience and Years of Experience: ADM - UI/UX with 1-3 years, Customer Care with 1-3 years, Design Thinking with 1-3 years, Experience Design (Including Customer/User Experience) with 1-3 years, Record to Report with 1-3 years, Software Development with 1-3 years.
