Job summary

Genpact in Kraków is seeking a Creative Designer with German to craft engaging learning materials across digital, multimedia, and print formats. Ideal candidates have a German level at least B2 and English at least B2, with a Bachelor's in Design or related field and 1–3 years of design experience in UI/UX or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce compelling graphics for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and design standards across all deliverables.
• Stay current on creative design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to improve project outcomes.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide design support for marketing, campaigns, and promotional initiatives, enhancing audience engagement.
