Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous banking operations experience, preferably in Corporate Actions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Motivated, self-directed, and adaptable, with ability to work across teams.
• Client-focused mindset and collaborative approach with sound judgment when escalating issues.
• Well-organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional languages advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate and maintain Corporate Actions and Income event data throughout the lifecycle.
• Investigate operational issues and data discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with client data protection requirements and control standards.
• Identify operational risks and escalate issues per procedures.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering high-quality service.
• Contribute to process improvements and support changes implementation.
• Support team objectives and initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and client experience.
