Job summary

Tylko, a Warsaw-based furniture tech outfit, is seeking a talented Copywriter to join the Creative team. You will transform big ideas and product benefits into copy that is clear, inspiring and unmistakably Tylko across all brand channels.

You’ll edit for tone and SEO, collaborate with CRM, SEO and Product, and help shape long- and short-form content from social posts to articles. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and you’ll be in the Warsaw office three days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in brand copywriting.
• Portfolio showing both short-form and long-form copy.
• Strong editing skills and SEO-friendly writing.
• Ability to adapt tone to each channel while maintaining the brand voice.
• Experience collaborating with CRM, SEO and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit English-language copy for all brand channels.
• Keep copy consistent across channels and Polish versions.
• Verify Polish versions for accuracy and tone.
• Create short-form and campaign copy for social, ads and launches.
• Develop campaign narratives with the Creative Team and ideate.
• Write long-form, SEO and PR content, including blog articles, website content and press releases.
• Craft newsletters and emails with the CRM team and improve them based on results.

About The Role

As our Copywriter in the Creative team, you will turn big ideas and product benefits into copy that is clear, inspiring and unmistakably Tylko. You will keep our brand voice consistent while adapting the tone to every channel, from a witty social post to a thoughtful article or a three-word headline.

You understand people and the culture they live in, and you find the words to engage them and move them one step closer to a decision. Working closely with the Creative Team and with CRM, SEO and Product, you will make Tylko feel present in the conversation without ever chasing trends.

What You’ll Do

• Write and edit English-language copy for all brand channels, in line with the Tylko voice
• Keep copy consistent across channels and check it before it goes out, including Polish versions
• Verify Polish versions for accuracy, tone and consistency with the original
• Create short-form and campaign copy, including social posts, ads and launch messaging
• Develop campaign narratives with the Creative Team and take part in ideation
• Write long-form, SEO and PR content, including blog articles, website content and press releases
• Craft newsletters and emails with the CRM team and improve them based on results
• Follow developments in design and culture and bring them into your copy

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in brand copywriting
• Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form copy
• Strong editing skills and a natural approach to writing for SEO
• Ability to adapt tone to each channel while keeping the brand voice consistent
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as CRM, SEO and Product
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, with final copy always your own
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and Linear or similar tools
• Full proficiency in English
• Full proficiency in Polish
• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

• Experience writing SEO-driven website and blog content
• Experience writing newsletters and CRM emails and optimising them based on results
