Tylko, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep daily operations running smoothly, covering laptops, software access, and onboarding across Windows and macOS. You will join a dedicated IT Support team to deliver reliable first and second line support for all staff.

You'll identify recurring issues, document solutions, and help staff grow toward automation and AI-driven workflows. The role emphasizes practical IT foundations and proactive problem solving.

Qualificações

• Fluent Polish and good command of English are required.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and networks (VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Slack in an IT context.
• Experience supporting office equipment, printers and AV systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software and network issues across Windows and macOS.
• Manage user accounts, licences and permissions in Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence and Slack.
• Own onboarding and offboarding of employees, from hardware setup to access removal.
• Maintain office infrastructure including Wi‑Fi, VPN, printers and AV equipment in meeting rooms.
• Document recurring issues and build runbooks and how-to guides for users.
• Apply security policies for accounts, devices and access in everyday work.
• Spot recurring issues and propose ways to simplify or eliminate them.

About the Role

As our IT Support Specialist, you will be the person who keeps everyday work at Tylko running smoothly - from laptops and meeting rooms to SaaS access and onboarding. You'll join our IT Support team and own the workplace experience of every employee by providing reliable first and second line support.

Your mission goes beyond closing tickets. You'll spot recurring issues, document solutions and help users solve more on their own - building strong IT foundations and growing towards automation and AI-driven work.

What You’ll Do

• Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software and network issues across Windows and macOS
• Manage user accounts, licences and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian and Slack
• Own the technical onboarding and offboarding of employees, from hardware set-up to secure access removal
• Maintain office infrastructure, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, printers and AV equipment in meeting rooms
• Manage the device lifecycle and keep IT asset records up to date
• Document recurring cases and build runbooks and how‑to guides for users
• Apply security policies for accounts, devices and access in your everyday work
• Spot recurring issues and propose ways to simplify or eliminate them

What we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in an L1/L2 technical support role
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS and networks (VPN, Wi‑Fi)
• Administrative experience with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence and Slack
• Experience supporting office equipment, including printers and AV systems
• Experience in technical on/offboarding and hardware lifecycle management
• Ability to write clear documentation and step-by-step instructions
• Regular use of AI tools in your own day-to-day work
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

Nice to have:

• Basic scripting (PowerShell or Python)
• First experiments with Zapier, Make or n8n
• ITIL Foundation or Google Workspace Administrator certification
• Your own side projects, such as a homelab, scripts or AI workflows
• Interest in IT security

• Experience building reusable AI solutions, such as prompts, workflows, skills, or automations

• Patient and clear when explaining technical topics to non-technical colleagues
