ALTEN Polska is seeking a senior Data/Platform Engineer to design, build, and optimize platforms supporting advanced automation and runtime operations for global clients. You will collaborate with international teams, apply state-of-the-art data tooling, and drive excellence in engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, VS Code, and orchestration tools (Airflow/Prefect/Dagster).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/Node.js/Scala, and IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with MCP servers and data platforms such as OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Neo4j, or vector search.
• Experience in automotive or other regulated software environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA, and ISO 21434 is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in international teams.
