Kemira’s Global Business Service Center in Gdansk, Poland is seeking a Coordinator for Customer Order Management with Spanish to join the Customer Operations Department – Packaging and Hygiene Solutions. The role focuses on Order-to-Cash processes, customer communications, and ensuring accurate deliveries in a hybrid office-remote setup.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

ThePackaging and Hygiene Solutionsbusiness unit focuses on, among others, the growing renewable solutions market, particularly packaging, where Kemira’s renewable product offering supports customers on their sustainability journey.

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdansk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership.
This is a fixed-term position for 1.5 years.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing the Order-to-Cash process, including order fulfillment and billing.
• Communicating with customers through various channels regarding their orders, confirmations, and shipment details.
• Ensuring deliveries and customer requirements are handled efficiently and accurately.

• The starting base salary range for this role is between 7400 to 8400 PLN per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organisational needs.
