Job summary

fonio is seeking a Polish-speaking Content Marketing lead to own copy across our Polish-market channels and influence how Polish SMBs discover and trust our AI phone agents. From website landing pages and paid ads to organic content and product messaging, you’ll shape our voice, run experiments, and collaborate with creators, customers and influencers to drive performance and growth.

Relocation to Vienna is offered, plus equipment and team offsites to support a fast-moving, outcome-driven

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting or Growth Marketing.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment.

Responsibilities

• Own website and landing page copy for the Polish-speaking market.
• Write high-performing copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid channels.
• Script ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social.
• Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.
• Collaborate with creators, customers and influencers to produce authentic content.
• Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing and performance insights.
• Help shape product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

The role

You'll own Content Marketing for the Polish-speaking market and shape how thousands of businesses discover, understand and trust fonio.

From performance ads and landing pages to organic content and product messaging, you'll help define our voice across every stage of the customer journey.

What you’ll do

• Own website and landing page copy for the Polish-speaking market

• Write high-performing copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid channels

• Script ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social

• Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms

• Collaborate with creators, customers and influencers to produce authentic content

• Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing and performance insights

• Help shape product positioning and go-to-market messaging

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting or Growth Marketing

• Experience in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment

• Outstanding writing skills in Polish

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copy

• Analytical mindset and a passion for experimentation

• Native Polish and fluent English
