Job summary

Talent Factor Ltd. is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own Polish-language content and messaging for a rapidly expanding AI technology company. You will craft website, landing page, ad, social and video content, while guiding campaigns to measurable growth.

The role requires native Polish, fluent English, and at least 4 years in content marketing or related fields. You will work with international teams and may relocate temporarily to Vienna for onboarding and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Polish writing and copywriting excellence required.

We are now looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of content marketing for the Polish-speaking market.

Job Description

This is a highly hands-on marketing role for someone who combines excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of performance marketing, customer behaviour and conversion.

You will take ownership of how the company communicates with the Polish market — from website and landing page copy to advertising, organic social media and product messaging.

You will work closely with international marketing and product teams, while taking responsibility for making sure the company's communication resonates with Polish customers and contributes to measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Polish website and landing page copy.
• Create high-performing advertising copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid channels.
• Develop concepts and scripts for video advertising across YouTube and paid social media.
• Create and execute organic content strategies for the Polish market.
• Identify and collaborate with Polish creators, influencers and customers to develop authentic content.
• Adapt global campaigns and product communication to the Polish market.
• Use customer insights, performance data and A/B testing to continuously improve messaging and conversion.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to strengthen product positioning and go-to-market communication.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication across all major customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 4 years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, Growth Marketing or a similar role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software or technology environment.
• Exceptional Polish writing and copywriting skills — native-level Polish is required.
• The ability to create content designed to generate interest, engagement and conversion, rather than purely build brand awareness.
• A strong understanding of performance marketing and how content influences customer acquisition and conversion.
• Experience creating website and landing page copy, advertising copy, social media content and video scripts.
• An analytical mindset and practical experience using data to improve marketing communication.
• Experience testing different messages, formats and approaches and drawing conclusions from the results.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• A high level of independence and willingness to take responsibility for projects from idea through execution to measurable results.

Nice to have

• Experience working with creators, influencers or user-generated content campaigns.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience conducting customer or user research to improve marketing communication.
• Experience in product positioning or go-to-market projects.
• Interest in AI products and emerging technologies.
• Experience working in a rapidly scaling startup or technology company.
