Job summary

Direktpoint is seeking a Content Editor/Digital Marketing Assistant to publish articles, videos, and reports across markets. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product and Compliance to ensure timely reviews and publication.

You’ll update websites via CMS, support email campaigns, and help refine SEO and analytics. Experience in regulated industries is a plus; growth through on‑the‑job training is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using a Content Management System (CMS) or email/CRM platform.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Great written and spoken English.
• A basic understanding of SEO or web analytics (like Google Analytics) is a nice bonus.

Responsibilities

• Keep Projects Moving: Manage the editorial pipeline in Jira, ensuring tasks move from draft to publication.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to get content reviewed and approved.
• Website Updates: Use the CMS to format, build, and publish articles on the site.
• SEO Basics: Collaborate with SEO specialists to add keywords and metadata for search visibility.
• Email Campaigns: Plan and send weekly and monthly emails or push notifications via our CRM.
• Email Design: Build clean, functional email templates with drag‑and‑drop tools.
• Testing & AI Tools: Use A/B testing and AI tools like Gemini to brainstorm copy.
• Webinar Support: Help set up webinars from planning to registrations and hosting.
• Tracking Results: Review basic metrics and share learnings with the team.
