Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Content Manager in Poland to own content strategy, editorial planning, and SEO for two brands. You will lead writers, edit, and publish content across CMSs while optimizing for organic visibility, conversions, and qualified inquiries.

You will work with editors, designers, developers, and subject-matter experts to deliver high-quality content worldwide, with a focus on integrity and effective metadata, structure, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing website content and delivering measurable improvements in organic search performance.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading with natural American English content.
• Strong experience managing writers, briefs, calendars, deadlines, approvals, and publication workflows.
• Practical knowledge of keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, internal linking, content audits and search intent.
• Experience using analytics and SEO tools to diagnose performance issues and prioritize actions.
• Experience with a content management system and coordinating website publication.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and timely delivery.
• Experience with multilingual websites or large-scale content launches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the content strategy and editorial calendar across both websites, prioritizing service pages, industry content, articles, case studies, landing pages, and other resources.
• Manage writers and editors by recruiting talent, assigning briefs, setting deadlines, reviewing work, providing feedback, and rewriting when required.
• Oversee the full content lifecycle from research to publication and ongoing optimization.
• Manage website content through the CMS, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, mobile-friendliness, structure, and metadata.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution: keyword research, audits, link building, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate technical SEO with developers: crawls, redirects, sitemaps, canonical tags, Core Web Vitals, migrations.
• Manage ethical link-building and digital PR for authoritative coverage.
• Apply strong E-E-A-T principles and use AI tools responsibly with human oversight.
• Improve conversion by refining service explanations and user journeys.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to translate customer insights into content and lead quality.
• Maintain clear reporting on content lifecycle with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms.
• Establish a dependable content operation with workflows and standards.
• Conduct an initial 90-day audit, set baselines, and outline a growth roadmap.
