In this role, you will help us publish and share great content—like articles, videos, reports, and webinars—across different international markets. Working closely with our Content, CRM, and Compliance teams, you will make sure everything we produce looks great and reaches the right audience.

You will be the vital link that takes content from the drafting stage to publication, helping us reach new audiences and keep our current clients engaged.
Keep Projects Moving: Help manage our editorial pipeline in Jira, making sure tasks are updated and moving smoothly from draft to publication.
Team Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to get content reviewed, approved, and ready to go.
Website Updates: Use our Content Management System (CMS) to format, build, and publish articles on our site.
SEO Basics: Team up with our SEO specialists to add keywords, internal links, and metadata so our articles are easy to find on search engines.
Email Campaigns: Plan and send weekly and monthly emails or push notifications to clients using our CRM platform (Optimove).
Email Design: Use easy drag‑and‑drop tools to build clean, functional, and great‑looking email templates.
Testing & AI Tools: Try out different email subject lines (A/B testing) and use AI tools like Gemini to brainstorm fresh copy ideas based on our Tone of Voice guidelines.
Webinar Support: Help set up and run webinars, from planning the calendar and managing registrations to hosting.
Tracking Results: Look at basic metrics to see how many people are reading or clicking on our content, and share those learnings with the team.
Some hands‑on experience using a Content Management System (CMS) or email/CRM platform.
Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
Great written and spoken English.
A basic understanding of SEO or web analytics (like Google Analytics) is a nice bonus.
A strong eye for detail (you easily spot typos and formatting quirks).
A collaborative mindset; you enjoy working with different people and teams.
Eagerness to take an initiative from a simple plan to a finished, published piece.
Previous experience (including strong internships or junior roles) as a Content Editor, Content Coordinator, or Digital Marketing Assistant. Experience in a regulated industry is a bonus, but not required.
A degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
