Job summary
Drees & Sommer SE is looking for a Project Assistant to support the Project Management team in Poland across a range of real estate and construction projects. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, contributing to different stages of the project lifecycle and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
This is a full-time position ideal for someone with initial professional experience who wants to further develop a career in project management within
Qualifications
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering (or ongoing).
- 2+ years of initial professional experience in project management consultancy, real estate, engineering or construction.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in delivery of real estate and construction projects.
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Support tendering processes, bid evaluations and contract administration.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, designers, contractors, clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and client-facing materials.
