Job summary

Blue Projects is a fast-growing consultancy specializing in Engineering and Project Management for the industrial sector. We seek a Junior Project Manager to join our Warsaw or Wroclaw team, supporting the Project Management Department with budgets, planning, and technical aspects of construction projects.

You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors and project teams to ensure smooth execution, while developing skills in MS Project and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in construction/site management.
• Proficient knowledge of English and Polish.
• Experience using MS Project software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with process, packing and utilities teams.
• Monitor construction progress and inform the client of work progress.
• Liaise with Investor, General Contract and Subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review plans to ensure compliance with plans, schedule and cashflow.
• Oversee tender specifications and cooperate with admin and legal departments.
• Ensure planning and observation of contractual provisions within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the Project Management Department in overseeing budgets, planning, and technical aspects of construction projects. You will also assist in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Two years experience in construction/ site management preferably in industrial projects.
• Proficient knowledge of English and Polish
• experience in MS Project software.
• Proactive, detail oriented, responsible and committed.
• Willingness to travel or relocate across Poland as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Cooperate with other disciplines like process, packing and utilities
• Monitoring construction progress and Informing the client on the work progress
• Contacting Investor, General Contract and Subcontractors and suppliers
• Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure that works is in compliance with plans and specifications, schedule and cashflow
• Oversee the tender specifications and be able to cooperate with the Company and Client administrative and legal department
• Ensuring the planning and observation of contractual provisions within the deadlines set forth by the contract and design
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and report any concerns.
