Citi is seeking a Compensation Lead Analyst, Vice President, on an 8-month fixed-term contract in Warsaw. You will lead compensation initiatives, advise HR partners, manage annual planning including salary increases and bonuses, and coordinate with global teams and regulators to ensure best practices across Technology and Business Enablement.
The role requires deep Total Rewards experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Workday Compensation.
The Compensation Lead Analyst, Vice President, is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. The Compensation Lead Analyst provides comprehensive compensation service within Technology and Business Enablement (TB&E) and works closely with country/cluster, regional and global partners to meet business needs, the role will be a focal point for championing best practices across the TB&E business.
Please note, this is an 8 month Fixed Term Contract.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred
