UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to support payroll processes through data analysis, reporting, and ensuring data quality and consistency.

This role suits someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment. No prior professional experience is required; this is an excellent opportunity to develop skills while contributing to a Fortune Global 500 organization and gaining valuable payroll experience with hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data validation, and large dataset analysis.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (1-2 days per week in the office).
• At least 6-month UPS internal candidate track.
