Job summary

McCormick & Company in Łódź, Poland, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to administer compensation systems, analyze data, and support global HR initiatives. You will collaborate with Finance, HRIS, Internal Audit, and external vendors to maintain accurate data and generate dashboards.

The role emphasizes merit, base pay, and bonus processes, policy alignment, and process improvement with advanced Excel and HR systems proficiency. English fluency is required for global teamwork.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field.
• Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, reward, or an analytical role with strong data focus.
• Fluent English language knowledge.
• Strong skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and working with complex datasets.
• Good understanding of compensation processes, benefits, job evaluation, grading, and organizational structures.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems such as SAP, MySuccess, Reward, or similar.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with compensation surveys, market data, process improvement, or benefits plans would be an advantage.

Compensation: starting from PLN 115 710 pln gross per year.

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
