Job summary

Hostinger is hiring a Head of Websites to own the Websites and CRO strategy across teams, shaping the roadmap, and driving growth at scale. You will lead UX design, CRO, and the Websites function with direct and matrix reporting, owning budgets and multi-year plans.

You’ll shape the technical direction for the CMS and analytics stack, monitor conversion and revenue KPIs, and partner with product, marketing, and design to align roadmaps. This is a high-impact leadership role in a global company.

Qualifications

• Performance marketing, CRO, or web product understanding to drive revenue and growth.
• Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams and budgets.
• Hands-on familiarity with web development, CMS platforms, and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the website and CRO roadmap end-to-end—from strategy to KPIs.
