Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Communications intern in Kraków to craft internal content, support employee engagement, and help connect teams globally. You\'ll gain hands-on experience with SharePoint, campaigns, and events while learning from seasoned communications professionals.

This hybrid role offers flexible hours and exposure to leadership communications, enabling you to build bilingual writing and editing skills for TE\'s dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Polish.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Experience with SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.

Join the global Communications team supporting TE Connectivity's Industrial Automation & Electrification Business Unit. You'll gain hands-on experience creating engaging communications, supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives, and contributing to projects that help connect employees across the business.

Your main tasks

• Create and edit engaging content for employee communications
• Manage and maintain internal communication channels including SharePoint
• Support the planning and delivery of internal events and communication campaigns
• Support culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Track communication metrics and support reporting on key initiatives

Your ideal background

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus
