Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience with a financial background in a relevant function, such as project management or sales.
• Knowledge of project calculations, risk- and opportunity management, contract management, negotiation know-how as well as project financing, insurance, export, customs and taxes.
• Presentation skills as well as digital skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced international environment with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Business fluency in English
• Availability to travel (appr. 30%)

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and commercial tasks for sales projects in the EU & AF region from pre-qualification, offer & LOA process up to contract negotiations and handover to project execution
• Together with the technical colleagues, you develop the offer strategy as well as the business model and ask for the relevant LOA approvals.
• You are responsible for the correct and timely processing
• You coordinate and mitigate all commercial relevant aspects such as e.g. currency, contractual terms and conditions, payments, NCM, taxes and customs, export- and compliance and financing as well as insurance topics.
• You delivery your financial inputs for the project calculation and verify them
• You ensure the adherence of processes including FRGs, NCM, transfer pricing, currency management, PM@SE and LOA approvals
• You act as interface between experts in sales, management, treasury, taxes, legal, purchasing, customers and regional entities
