Job summary

Siemens Energy in Poland, Wroclaw, seeks a commercially focused Internal Project Manager to drive international Field Service projects, handling financial documentation, invoicing support, and regulatory compliance across multiple markets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in finance, with strong Excel skills and SAP familiarity. You will coordinate with partners and control peers to ensure timely and accurate project finances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the finance area.
• Communicative knowledge of English (B2).
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Accuracy, diligence, and a strong work ethic. Excellent organization of work and a focus on high quality.
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge and ability to collaborate effectively. Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of documentation for monthly invoicing, including the collection and controlling of all costs and productive hours, and providing explanations of invoices to clients.
• Supporting the monthly process of invoicing.
• Creation of project/WBS elements in SAP.
• Preparation and verification of contracts within the group.
• Interaction and communication with various partners, including function leads, regular users, support functions, and business controlling peers.
• Administration of the department’s documentation.
• Preparation of reports for financial controls and auditors regarding the supported department.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations applicable within the corporation and the industry.
