Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Contract Manager to provide contractual support for national and international sales of large power generation equipment. You will analyze contracts, identify risks, draft and negotiate agreements, and advise project management teams on complex contractual matters.

The role requires long-term experience in contract and claim management for international projects, deep contract law knowledge, and strong English communication; German is an asset.

Qualifications

• Academic background in law, business law, or a related legal discipline.
• Long-term experience in contract and claim management in international complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of contract law and international contract practice.
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to project management during execution of multipe sales contracts.
• Assess legal risks and support claims, change orders, and relevant correspondence.
• Identify contractual aspects needed for successful project execution.
• Support settlement negotiations with contract partners.
• Contribute to master business challenges with entrepreneurial thinking and governance alignment.
• Collaborate within the global Legal and Compliance community.
