Siemens Energy is seeking a regional process-improvement professional to drive Lean initiatives and digitalization across the Europe & Africa hub. You will work with service centers, project execution, field service, engineering, and bid-tendering teams to turn findings into measurable benefits.

You will translate business needs into analytics requirements for automation, partner with global teams, and deliver region-specific use cases from scoping through rollout.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in process improvement or a comparable role
• Experience applying Lean methods to improve operational performance with credible baselines
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics requirements for automation and AI solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement, productivity, and digitalization opportunities across the Europe & Africa region with cross-functional teams
• Detail opportunities into decision-ready cases with business impact, baselines, and benefits
• Own regional use cases from requirements through rollout and adoption, including testing and training
