Lead the regional commercial performance of the Accessories & Peripherals Business Unit across EMEA - managing the regional sales and marketing budget, leading the regional sales teams, and delivering all financial and commercial KPIs in the regions (revenue, gross profit, margin and sell-out) through ASBIS local entities while protecting margin and price integrity.
Main areas of responsibility
- Own and deliver the regional sales and marketing budget for the Accessories & Peripherals BU across EMEA, and all financial and commercial KPIs in the regions (revenue, gross profit, margin and sell-out), through ASBIS local entities and their sales teams.
- Lead, coach and develop the regional sales managers and their teams across EMEA; set sales objectives, priorities and performance standards, and build succession.
- Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy for the BU across channels - distribution, retail, marketplaces and key accounts - and across EMEA markets.
- Provide regional market and commercial input into portfolio, range and vendor decisions owned by Product / BDM and CBDO, ensuring plans fit regional demand and channel needs.
- Execute regional pricing, discount and promotion within approved frameworks and approval limits; protect margin and price integrity while driving sell-in and sell-out.
- Drive sell-out and stock rotation in the regions with Demand Planning, flagging ageing and excess for corrective action.
- Grow and manage strategic distributor, retailer and marketplace partnerships; expand distribution and premium placement across EMEA.
- Manage by data: regional performance reporting by brand, category, country and channel; identify risks to revenue, margin and stock, and drive corrective action.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and country management to align commercial plans, budgets and execution.
Candidate profile
- Senior commercial / sales leadership experience in IT, consumer electronics or accessories distribution, accountable for a sales and marketing budget and commercial results (revenue, gross profit, margin).
- Proven track record leading multi-country / EMEA commercial / sales teams and delivering revenue and gross-margin growth.
- Strong channel and distribution management across distribution, retail, marketplaces and key accounts.
- Skilled in channel and distribution strategy, pricing execution and commercial analytics.
- Experience managing sales budgets and channel performance.
- People leadership: building, developing and retaining high-performing commercial / sales teams.
- Fluent English; additional EMEA languages an advantage.
