Job summary

Accenture Kraków is hiring an end-to-end Collections Specialist to manage the receivables process, communicating with customers and internal stakeholders by phone and email, and negotiating payment solutions. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales and Account Management to resolve issues and ensure timely collections.

Additionally, you will assist with onboarding of new teammates, maintain strong client relationships, and meet defined SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English (min. B2 level)
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, O2C Collections, BPO, Shared Services is an asset
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to daily responsibilities
• Consistent delivery of high-quality work meeting SLA and performance targets
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Experience coordinating team activities and providing operational support during Team Lead absences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis

Responsibilities

THE WORK:

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
