Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an O2C Collections professional to manage end-to-end collections, ensuring timely recovery of receivables and clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders. You will negotiate payment solutions and collaborate with Finance, Sales and Account Management to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates bring experience in Customer Service or related BPO/shared services, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

THE WORK:

• Manage the end-to-end collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding receivables in line with established procedures.
• Handle customer and internal stakeholder communication via phone and email.
• Negotiate payment solutions and build strong business relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Account Management teams to resolve issues.
• Perform account reconciliations and payment allocations.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Work independently, take ownership of tasks, and provide backup support for the Team Lead when needed.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Fluent written and spoken English (min. B2 level).
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, O2C Collections, BPO, Shared Services will be an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to daily responsibilities.
• Consistent delivery of high-quality work, meeting defined SLA and performance targets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating team activities and providing operational support during Team Lead absences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex cases and drive issues to resolution.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving collection targets while resolving disputed or challenging balances through effective root-cause analysis.
