Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a qualified Business Analyst with CMS/DXP experience to join our Delivery team in Poland. You will document business needs, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with clients and a cross-functional team to ensure successful delivery.

You will run workshops, gather requirements for content architecture and editorial workflows, and provide estimates in coordination with Project/Programme Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on BA on CMS or DXP projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial workflows, or content migrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for business and technical users.
• Identify and assess solution options for technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients and work with a scrum/delivery team to go live.
• Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies and provide estimates with PMs.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Plan and adapt to deadlines while staying updated on industry advances.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
