Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Content Specialist/Content Engineer to join our Content Services team in Poland. You will create, edit and manage digital content across CMS and DAM platforms, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high quality, consistent delivery of web content.

You’ll organize assets, perform basic edits with Figma and image tools, and contribute to migrations, QA, and knowledge‑base creation. English proficiency and collaboration are essential for success.

Content Specialist/Content Engineer wanted to join our Content Services team!

The opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for creating, editing and managing digital content across enterprise Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional project teams, authors and client stakeholders to ensure high quality, consistency, and timely delivery of web content.

What you’ll be doing

• Create, edit and maintain content pages and web structures using CMS platforms according to established guidelines and WYSIWYG/HTML editors.
• Upload, organize and tag digital assets in DAM platforms. Perform basic cropping, resizing and format or compression optimization using DAM capabilities or approved image‑editing tools.
• Use Figma at a basic level to make minor edits to existing designs, prepare simple layouts, and export assets in web‑ready formats.
• Support content migration from legacy platforms to current systems. Conduct visual and technical QA checks against style guides, SEO guidelines and formatting standards.
• Investigate and resolve common content display and formatting issues; assist end users and authors with platform‑related questions.
• Write and maintain clear authoring guides, process documentation and knowledge‑base articles for authors and internal teams.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, client showcases and collaborate with marketing teams, developers and project managers.
• Utilize basic AI/Generative AI tools to assist in content categorization, summarization, quality checking and task efficiency.

What you should have

• Good understanding of web technologies, content architecture and web application workflows.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe Express or an equivalent image‑editing tool for cropping, resizing, simple adjustments and web optimization. Experience with Figma is a plus for basic asset preparation and layout work.
• Methodical approach to repetitive, high‑volume content entry and quality assurance checks.
• Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher, written and spoken) with the ability to ask clear questions and communicate issues effectively.
• Eager to learn, proactive, open to feedback and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bonus points if you have

• Basic understanding of SEO metadata and core web accessibility principles, including alternative text, heading hierarchy and descriptive links.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft SharePoint/Teams.
• Relevant certifications or training (e.g., HTML/CSS Fundamentals, CMS Site Author certifications such as AEM Site Author or Contentful Content Manager).
• Education or background in IT, Digital Media, Computer Science or Communications.
• Hands‑on experience navigating and managing content within one or more CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Contentful, Drupal). Basic understanding of Digital Asset Management workflows, including asset upload, organization, tagging and metadata.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, web page structure, metadata, hyperlinks and basic responsive design.
