Job summary

Billennium is seeking a Service Integration and Transition Manager for a client in IT consulting, focusing on security, management, software and infrastructure solutions. Availability to travel to client offices in Germany or UK 3–5 days per month is expected.

About the Role:

For our client, an IT consulting company, specializing in security, management, software and infrastructure solutions, we are currently looking for a Service Integration and Transition Manager.

Availability to travel, to client office in Germany or UK, 3-5 office days per month

Service Integration Experience

• Proven experience acting as the interface between internal teams and external service providers
• Experience with outsourcing, insourcing, or managed service transitions
• Experience in service takeovers, knowledge transfer, and operational handovers
• Experience in complex stakeholder environments involving multiple vendors and partners
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and transition frameworks

Preferred Certifications

• Agile Practitioner or Scrum certification
