HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development and operation of our cloud-native platform.

You will lead Java/J2EE, Spring, Python stack, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while ensuring performance and reliability in a GCP environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with cloud application architecture and microservices
• Hands-on engineering with Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Python, RESTful services
• Experience designing microservices architecture
• Containerized apps using Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience in cloud native development within GCP
• Strong communication and presentation skills for collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design and planning with Leads, IT, business users and partners.
• Develop IT solutions aligned to design to meet customer needs with continuous improvement.
• Develop and review cloud-native app best practices.
• Hands-on implementation and validation using Spring on GCP.
• Ensure operational stability, integrity and availability of products and services.
• Track pod performance against benchmark goals.
• Support the solution architect to ensure architectures and systems are aligned.
